Daga
Lena Daga studied, lives and works in the city of Thessaloniki.
She is a founding and active member of the theatrical group Facta non Verba
for the last 20 years, where she has participated in numerous performances of the group as actor, but also supporting the group's productions through the scenographic and technical part.

Her love for the Theater but also for the constant deepening led her to the Theater department of AUTH where she completed her studies specializing in theatrical lighting.
Along with her theatrical career, she is professionally involved in yoga, which she has been teaching for the last 12 years. In the field of yoga she has completed a four-year course at the school of Eugene with emphasis on the therapeutic part of yoga, a field in which she went deeper through her personal recovery path after a serious accident. Her enthusiasm and love for expanding experience and learning led her to continue her yoga studies through her training in the Prana Vinyasa Flow system as well as through numerous seminars and specializations (aerial yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga nidra, sound massage etc. through well-known and distinguished teachers).
Her chronic involvement with the various aspects of theater and yoga gave birth to the desire to connect and combine these multi-layered fields, focusing her energy on this experimentation theoretically and practically.
